The President of the Reynolds Sporting Cups Association is the highest position one can hold as a staff duty in the RSCA. The current, and only president thus far has been Tyler Walter.
Unlike other RSCA job duties that require to run for reelection annually, the presidential duty does a two year shift, requiring to run for reelection biannually.
This trend started in the 2004 elections when Tyler Walter defeated Rory Walter by a 91% to 9% victory. The new rule became due to the Bi Act, that every two years the President would have to run for re-election.
So far there have been presidential elections in 2006 and in 2008. The next ones are to be in 2010 and 2012 RSCA Elections. Tyler Walter has won in 2006 and in 2008 by huge landsides, but has announced he will not run for reelection again in 2010.
